LifeStraw.com has a customer-friendly return policy. If not completely satisfied with the purchase, products can be returned free of charge. For orders purchased from lifestraw.com, returns are accepted within 45 days from the date of delivery. A form needs to be filled out requesting the order number, email address, and the reason for the return. Returns within this policy window will be refunded to the original card on file once received and processed by the warehouse team.
